RETURNS PROCEDURE

Please include a description of the item to be returned, your name, postcode and order number (if you have it).
Please also explain why the item is being returned (eg. unwanted, incorrect, faulty).

We cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost in transit to us.

UNWANTED ITEMS

For unwanted gifts or if you have changed your mind, we will refund the purchase price excluding postage and packing.

INCORRECT ITEMS

If for some reason the wrong product has arrived, you can choose between a replacement free of charge, or a full refund including postage and packing. We will also reimburse you for the cost of returning the goods to us.
